North Pacific Surgical Association is pleased to invite surgical companies to exhibit at our 101st Annual Meeting being held on November 14-15, 2014 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seattle, WA. NPSA was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1912 and is one of the oldest surgical societies in the United States and Canada. We have a membership of over 330 elected surgeons from the Pacific Northwest (Alberta, British Columbia, Oregon and Washington) with caucuses in Portland, Tacoma, Seattle, Spokane, Victoria, BC/Alberta and Vancouver, B.C. General surgeons are our primary audience, with an expected attendance of 100 at this meeting.
The 2014 scientific meeting will present clinical and scientific research papers in clinical surgery, oncology, trauma, critical care, colorectal and breast surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and others. Papers selected for presentation are submitted to the American Journal of Surgery for publication.
This year we will have as our guest speaker, Dr. Julie A. Freischlag, previously the William Stewart Halsted Professor, and Department Director and Surgeon-in-Chief at Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions and currently the UC Davis Vice Chancellor for Human Health Sciences and Dean of the UC Davis School of Medicine. She will give the Founders and the Visiting Professor’s Lectures on Friday and Saturday respectively.
Other highlights will include a Surgical Innovation Luncheon Seminar and a Surgical Pitfalls panel discussion, both slated for Saturday. A Pediatric Surgery Satellite Symposium is on November 16th, Sunday morning.
Exhibitor fees for display table and registration start at $1,500 USD for (1) representative, or $2,500 for (2) representatives. Expanded space for up to (3) representatives is $5,000, and $10,000 for (4) representatives with prominent display area. Exhibitors will be in the Hyatt Conference Center lobby near the conference auditorium. We will circulate vendor passports to attendees. You can observe the conference, join us for breakfast and lunch, and talk with members during four session breaks.
