Registration fees also go toward audio-visual expenses, meeting facility costs and other conference costs. Optional for guest registration rates for Friday and Saturday night events. Registration rates: NPSA members: $550; Non-member surgeons: $650; Retired surgeons, support staff, RN, PA: $400; Residents/Medical Students/ Presenters of Abstracts: $275. IMPORTANT: Hotel rooms must be booked on the block using the official link provided by the Hyatt. The last day to reserve a room with the discounted room block rate is October 19. After that date all rooms will be released and availability cannot be guaranteed.

At the completion of this education activity, participants will be able to better recognize gaps in their practice and training. They will be exposed to alternate subspecialties so that they might be able to cross-pollenate their practices. They will improve their knowledge in acute surgical care, oncology, breast surgery, endocrine surgery, trauma surgery, general surgery, surgical education, and healthcare delivery systems. Our invited professor, NPSA president, and historian will offer a wider perspective on surgical issues. In addition, through interactive panel discussions, participants will identify and illustrate innovative solutions related to challenging complications following obesity and trauma surgery.
