If you are a registered and confirmed exhibitor, here is some logistics info:

Shipping booths:  Ship booths to the Hyatt Regency, 655 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC,  V6C 2R7, Canada, Ph 604-639-4851. Label "for North Pacific Surgical Association Meeting."

Set up: Booth set up will be Thursday, Nov 9 from  5 - 11 pm or Friday Nov 10 from  6- 7 am.  Booth take down can start after the afternoon break, Nov 11. 

Booth Attendees: Number of attendees as indicated to staff the booth. Additional attendees are $150.

Hotel Rooms:  Call the Hyatt regency Vancouver. Rates start at $249 (CDN).  Book rooms by October 19, 2023 to guarantee availability. A link will be provided for booking online.

Attendees: The event expects between 80 - 100 attendees. 

Whova App: Our official event app is Whova. Download the app and find our event. Registered exhibitors will get an announcement. You will also have a virtual booth in addition to the booth at the event. Build that out with instructions form Whova.
